SPK3 Series Balers are scrap metal balers with a compacting chamber allowing for three compaction stages. We can supply you with three different sizes with pressing forces of 100 to 350. Among other applications, these machines are also integrated into three-shift operations manufacturing lines for product series to turn permanently resulting stamping waste into easy-to-move bales. Bale sizes vary between 300 x 300 to 400 x 400 mm. All scrap metal-touching parts come with heavy-duty wear sheet lining. Types SPK200-3 and SPK350-3 come with wear parts with wave-like grooves. These machines are especially suitable for stamping waste you come across in car manufacturing. The control system with visualisation features also allow integration of the machine into complex manufacturing lines.
